At Denim Shack, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, email us at denim@denimshack.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the order is prepaid, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipping:

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may request a return once the item is delivered (see Return Policy).

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Cancelled orders before dispatch
  • Returned items that pass quality inspection
  • Defective or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refund Methods:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and inspection.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The return is requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Items are used, damaged, washed, or without original tags/packaging
  • Items are from non-returnable categories (e.g., innerwear, socks, custom-made products)

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment app.
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. If you still need help, write to us at denim@denimshack.in with your order and refund details.
