1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹999
- Free Shipping: On all orders ₹999 and above
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like courier delays, weather, or festivals.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders below ₹5,000.
- A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
7. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely deliveries.
8. Missed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery up to 2 more times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. Contact our support to re-ship your order (extra shipping charges may apply).
9. Order Issues or Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or wrong item, report it to us at denim@denimshack.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
